May Athlete of the Month – Beth Wilhelmi

We are thrilled to introduce our May Athlete of the Month… Beth Wilhelmi!!!
Beth has been a dedicated CFRR member since 2008, and is best described as one FIERCE woman!

She is a beloved Elementary School Teacher and busy mom of three beautiful boys who share her same passion for fitness, and love to spend their free time doing Family Workouts!

Beth walks through our doors at 5:00am ready and determined to get the most out of every minute of class. She is tough to keep up with, and is always cheering everyone else on to keep going and push through. She is an inspiration to many, and has a genuine gift to motivate those around her. She is a humble athlete who is up for any challenge, and consistently strives to be better, faster, stronger, and healthier.

“Beth is a great inspiration and athlete. She is always cheering you on. She never gives up and pushes herself and other to their limits. 5am would not be the same without her!” –Tara Travis

“Beth embodies CrossFit culture. She approaches every WOD with a focus on form and safety and then crushes it—Every. Single. Time. She’s also the first to cheer on other athletes and celebrate others’ successes. When I started at CFRR, she was the first one to introduce herself and welcome me to the family. Her positivity and enthusiasm are contagious! I’m so proud and happy for her to be Athlete of the Month!! Well Deserved!” –Laura Roth

“Beth is such an inspiration to work out with at 5am. She arrives with a can-do attitude and encourages each athlete to do their best, and through example pushes me to be better.” –Sherry Travis

“Beth is one of the best people I know, and I am blessed to call her one of my dearest friends. She gives 110%, in and out of the gym, all the time, no excuses. Her work ethic and attitude are contagious. She makes you want to be a better person. Congratulations, Beth! You deserve it!! Love you!” –Alison Stone

“For me, being in class with Beth is inspiring- she’s like having a double shot of motivation. Regardless of the workout, she tears through it. I’ve never looked up and not seen her moving at 110%. Every. Single. Time.” -Scott Dean
