You DO NOT need to be in shape to start, you just need to be willing to show up, commit and comply to attain your health and fitness goals!
Remember that each of our sessions will be tailored to your CURRENT Fitness level from beginner to professional. This allows our program to be universally scalable for everyone. You don’t have to be great to start, you just have to be willing to start to be great!
Living a great life means you’re generally physically prepared for anything life might throw your way. Achieving this general physical preparedness (GPP) doesn’t just happen on its own: It’s something you need to train for. This is where CrossFit Round Rock comes in. We suggest you train and perform functional movements three to four times a week, and follow a healthy nutrition plan to optimize your health.
As a client, you’ll receive constant help and feedback from one of our professional fitness coaches, who will become your coach for life. Your personal coach—who will help you attack your physical and mental limitations, and will work with you to improve your strength, skills, endurance and mobility and to reach your goals.
As well as working with your coach in a one-on-one environment, you will also attend group classes where you’ll sweat it out and socialize with friends. Training with us means you’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals—a supportive network of friends, and a great social community in which to raise a family.
Our prescription for a great life also means we want you being active outside the gym. We encourage you to try new sports, participate in other forms of physical activity—ideally in nature—be it rock climbing, hiking, skiing, golfing or surfing, and to embark on new adventures as often as possible.

Meet Your Coach
During this hour, we will explain to you the CrossFit Round Rock philosophy and how it will get you, and keep you, more fit than you ever could have imagined. We will also put you through a short fitness assessment to determine your current strengths and limitations.
The one-on-one Fundamentals program provides you with a solid foundation to start your CrossFit journey. Our coaches will assess where your skill level is at and move at your pace. You will build strength, speed, power, and stamina. You will learn about proper warm-ups, stretching and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. We will tackle your diet, nutrition, and discover the best path for your individual needs. During these sessions, you will learn 35 to 40 key functional fitness techniques that we apply to our workouts in-group classes. You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them. The majority of our new athletes take a minimum of 5 private sessions, depending on their skill level, that is tailored to their specific needs. This program gives any athlete the confidence and skills needed to have a safe and seamless transition into group classes.
5 Sessions Package – $85 each
10 Sessions Package – $75 each
15 Sessions Package – $65 each
Each package is an up-front investment for the amount of sessions in that package.

Once you graduate to class, you will start attending group classes twice to three times a week. The social environment will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness. At the same time, you will continue to work with your coach on your specific limitations in a one-on-on environment once a week or once a month. This will help both you and your coach continue to monitor your progress and will help keep you safe and injury-free.
After Fundamentals and attending some group classes, there might come a time where you want to train on a specific skill. Maybe you want to get your first muscle-up or improve your pulling strength. Maybe you’re interested in Olympic weightlifting or becoming a more efficient rower. We have specialty programs such as; strength-based programs to Olympic weightlifting, our very popular HardCore Cardio class, skill sessions each month to focus on progressing a movement and our CFRR Barbell Club to feel more comfortable under the bar.
Your personal coach can also develop an individual program for you—be it a sport-specific strength program or a rehab or recovery program. Everyone has different strengths, weaknesses and limitations, so this gives everyone the chance to work on exactly what it is they need to improve their health and fitness.
