Last week brought us 49 new PRs. Normally most of our PRs are on a specific lift or movement. But this week we had 2 PRs from previous WODs. With Dave Castro repeating last years 16.4; Kim Thompson, PR’d by 10 reps during 17.4. Congrats on such a victory Kim. Also, Sheldon brought his “Annie” time down by 11 seconds. He finishing in 8:08. Great job sir. We are looking forward to what 17.5 brings us and more PRs next week.
