Wendler Cycle PRs

CFRR is on another Wendler cycle. We love doing these at the beginning of each year because it gives the athlete a great baseline. They will be able to judge what weight they should be lifting when we put percentages for lifts in a Metcon. If they use the correct weight for their skill set not only will they progress in weight but they will also keep their intensity up through every workout. With 45 PRs last week we are so excited to see what accomplishments this cycle brings for our athletes.
