At CrossFit Round Rock there is nothing we love, and respect more than our members, and our community within! We strive to show our members each and every day how important every single athlete is to us, and we will stop at nearly nothing to prove it to be true.

We want every member, and visitors to feel they are in an environment unlike many, one that stands out and is above expectations.

We always want for you to feel you are getting the most out of your membership with us, so here are a few tips to be sure you are!

Open and read your emails! This will help you to stay connected with our community, and up-coming events. All the events you don’t want to miss out on are detailed in each email; they are worth taking the time to read.

Personal Training! Each coach offers Personal Training sessions. The benefits of spending one-on-one time with a coach will prove itself to be worth your while. It’s perfect for those who need extra motivation, and/or those who want to perfect their form. You’ll receive personalized workouts, monthly body composition, and devoted time to work on goals. Personal Training sessions provide you more time to work each foundation of movements, skills, and nutrition practice in order to have a greater chance for long term success with your health and fitness.

Monthly Seminars+WOD! Once a month spend your Saturday morning with our Coaches to work a specific CrossFit movement, and get in a great WOD! This is the best way to breakdown the movement, learn proper form, get useful tips, and practice!

Adrien’s House of Pain! Coach Adrien creates a step-by-step informative video on mobility movement techniques, and drills you can (should!) do at home, before, or after each class!

Saturday Partner WOD! Who doesn’t love an awesome partner WOD?! Every Saturday at 10:00am grab a buddy and start your weekend off right!! You’ll LOVE it!

Sheldon’s Corner! Every week Sheldon’s blog hits you up with fun facts, tips/”how tos”, nutrition facts, and more!

FREE Monthly Body Comps! We cannot express how important it is to make time to schedule a body comp with one of our coaches! This should be done at least once a month. Goals are much more challenging to reach when you are not keeping track of what changes (good and bad) your body is making as an athlete. It’s an ideal tool for accountability and motivation. If you have not taken advantage of getting this done-make it happen!
