CFRR F.I.T. is Expanding!!

Coach Anna is excited to expand the opportunity of CFRR F.I.T. to the ladies in our community!  CFRR Ladies F.I.T. class schedule is now adding in a 3rd day per week option to train with Coach Anna and the ladies of F.I.T.

What exactly is F.I.T. you ask?

This class is designed specifically for women who desire a long term approach on their fitness.  Meaning – can you maintain or continue to make gains when you are 60+ years old?  Because the intention of how you train TODAY will make that difference of how your fitness looks on down the road.  While Coach Anna has deepened her trainer’s education into the pregnancy and post partum chapter of life, and thoroughly loves being apart of that magical journey with her clients  – this class is truly for all ages and phases of life.  Female athletes are NOT small men.  Its high time to learn how to use the female hormone reality to our benefit, to understand the entire core anatomy (I’m talking to you who dribbles when you jump rope, box jumps, run, or sneeze!), and to create an intention behind women’s fitness that serves them throughout their entire life!

Female’s Intentional Training schedule:

  • Tuesday 4:30pm
  • Friday 12pm
  • Saturday 8:30am

Membership Cost:

  • 1x per week – $85/month
  • 2x per week – $170/month
  • 3x per week – $220/month

Drop In Option:

$25/class
