CFRR Gymnastics Class

CFRR Gymnastics class is opening up another time slot! 

The benefits of having a strong foundation of gymnastics based movements are endless! Here are just a few things you will learn in this class, that will not only help you grow as a CrossFit athlete but also as a human.

This class is for any athlete that has been trying to get their first strict pull-up without a band or string together their Toes-to-Bar or even someone that has just graduated Fundamentals. We will cover how to move intentionally through any movement & what it means to train your entire body to move as one piece. The video below shows the improvements that can be made in just a few months.
