Friday Night Lights Announcement

The CrossFit Open is upon us. To simply explain what The Open is, it’s 1 workout a week for 3 weeks that the global CrossFit community completes together. Friday Night Lights is when our community comes together at one time to complete these workouts. FNL is a 6 year tradition at CFRR. Every year it’s bigger & better. There are memorable moments that are shared together in these 4 walls. There are massive PRs that people still hold on to to this day. There are bonds that grow stronger & friendships that begin because of FNL.

This year we have the safety of our members at the top of all priorities. Therefore it might look a little different than previous year, but it’s never been the structure of FNL that makes it what it is. It’s the COMMUNITY.  Below is our Covid Safety Protocol & how the FNL will run this year. We’ve also laid out how to reserve your spot in Wodify so you don’t miss the action.

Things to Remember When Reserving

  • First Heat starts at 6:00pm
  • There are TWO classes at the same time (one for athlete & one for judge).
  • Under the class time & description it tells you which one the class time is for.
  • BE SURE to reserve the correct one
  • Any heat time after 6:00pm is subject to change once the workouts are released but it won’t be too far off from your original reservation time.
  • Heat time adjustments will be released Thursday at 9:00pm the night before.
  • We are asking that if you are participating in FNL that you reserve at least ONE judges spot so every athlete can have a judge. Don’t worry we will go over judging standards and exactly what to do before every heat.
