This week we test all of the work we’ve put in the past 12 weeks. This week we max out on Back Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. We already have 15 PR’s logged just from Monday morning classes. Here are last week numbers. We can’t wait for next Monday to see how many PRs our athletes gain!
