Is It Time To Say Adios To Gluten?

Times have changed and so has our food. It’s time to wake up and realize that we are indeed what we eat.

“Wheat is not the same today. It has been modified over time to resist fungus, grow more quickly, and be more pliable for industrial bread baking. 50 years or so ago, wheat contained only five percent gluten proteins. Today, it is 50 percent gluten.”

So the big question at hand… should you cut out Gluten? If you ask the Coaching team at CFRR  our recommendation would be ABSOLUTELY…. and ASAP! But that doesn’t mean we can convince everyone, no matter how much we believe that gluten is the devil! We are all adults and make our own decisions. So where do we go from here?

Take the test below…. If you score more than a 3 it’s time to say Adios to Gluten. Be honest here… science will always win!! If you are serious about getting fit and healthy, this is your first step.

Once the decision is made to remove gluten from your diet, stick to it and stay focused. Set a time with your Coach for a body comp and set a start date. Follow a strict gluten-free diet for at least one month. This doesn’t mean you start the diet and kinda cut it out here and there. That won’t work. To see and feel the results, you need to go into the month knowing that its a legit NO GLUTEN diet for 30 days. This is very important. If you are going to do it, do it right.

After your month is completed, take note of how you feel.  Has your body composition changed? I can honestly say I haven’t worked with one person in the past that haven’t seen some sort of significant change if they followed the correct protocol and didn’t cheat….cheaters always lose anyway right so don’t be “that guy”.

Heres the bottom line… You only get one body. You only get one LIFE! Make the choice and make the CHANGE!!
